We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented IT Hardware Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in IT hardware sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and selling IT infrastructure products such as laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, storage solutions, and peripherals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and channel partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware solutions.
• Sell products including desktops, laptops, servers, networking devices, storage, printers, CCTV, and accessories.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Follow up on enquiries, renewals, and pending quotations.
• Stay updated with the latest IT hardware products, market trends, and competitor activities.

Required skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Hardware Sales.
• Good knowledge of IT hardware products and networking solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in B2B corporate sales and client handling.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Valid driving license is an added advantage.

Preferred qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
• Candidates with an existing client network in Mumbai will be preferred.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented L1 Network Support Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of networking concepts, switching, routing, VLANs, firewall fundamentals, and network troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support, monitoring network performance, and assisting senior engineers in network deployment and maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
• Provide Level 1 technical support for network-related incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues involving switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Configure and support VLANs, trunk ports, and access ports under supervision.
• Assist in installation and configuration of network devices such as switches, routers, access points, and firewalls.
• Support structured cabling, cable termination, patch panel management, and rack installation activities.
• Monitor network devices and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 engineers.
• Assist in DHCP, DNS, and IP address management.
• Support Active Directory user account creation, password resets, and basic administration tasks.
• Maintain network documentation, inventory records, and configuration backups.
• Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and office infrastructure setup projects.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

Required skills

Networking

• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs and Inter-VLAN Routing, Switching and Routing, STP, DHCP & DNS, Subnetting, and Network Troubleshooting.

Security

• Basic knowledge of Firewall Concepts, NAT, VPN Fundamentals, and Access Control Policies.

Systems

• Windows Server Administration (Basic), Active Directory User Management, Microsoft Outlook & Office 365 Support.

Infrastructure

• Structured Cabling, Rack Installation, Patch Panel Management, Network Testing and Troubleshooting.

Preferred qualifications

• CCNA Certified (Preferred).
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of FortiGate, Cisco, Aruba, or Ruijie networking products is an advantage.

Certifications (mandatory / preferred)

• CCIE – Enterprise Infrastructure or Security (Mandatory).
• Palo Alto Networks: PCNSE (strongly preferred).
• Microsoft Azure: AZ-700 (Azure Network Engineer Associate).
• F5 Networks: F5 Certified Administrator / Specialist.
• ITIL® 4 Foundation (preferred).
